With a combination of spiritual and psychological methods, I can help you discover a deeper connection with yourself. Sometimes on this long human journey, we forget who we truly are, and why we are here. I can help you remember your purpose and your wholeness.
Spiritually, I have been practicing Buddhist meditation (Vipassana) since 1984. I have been teaching mindfulness meditation retreats nationally since 1993. Psychologically, I am trained in mindfulness, Internal Family Systems work, insight inquiry methods, and the Work of Byron Katie. I am also familiar with the 12 step recovery process.
For over a decade, I have been successfully helping people heal. I look forward to working with you.
